Brian E. Hill has a Master's in Business Administration, with a specialization in finance. He has worked for a large financial institution, a diversified natural resource firm and a hospitality company. Major responsibilities included economic forecasting and the establishment of planning and analysis functions.

Brian is the master of the company's extensive databases. He founded Profit Dynamics Inc. and has over 20 years of experience in strategic planning and business planning.

Dee Power also has an M.B.A degree. She has worked as a financial executive for the Governor's Office of the state of Arizona, a retail firm and a major hospitality organization. Her responsibilities have included developing financial reporting systems, strategic planning and cash flow management and marketing strategies.

Dee is a founding partner of Profit Dynamics Inc., and has 20 years of experience in business planning, mergers and acquisitions, and marketing.

Business Plan Fees

Business plan preparation fees depend upon how much research has already been completed by the entrepreneur and how much additional research he or she is willing to assist us with. The minimum fee is $15,000.00 and can range upwards to $25,000.00. After the scope of a project has been agreed to by both the entrepreneur and ourselves, we determine a firm fee commitment. We require 40% of the fee at the beginning, 40% when the draft of the business plan is completed, and the remaining 20% when the final business plan has been accepted. Business Plans usually can be completed in 4 to 6 weeks.

Both Brian Hill and Dee Power are well versed in business planning. They've been invited as guest speakers to present on business planning, finding investors, venture capital, and other topics. They've written Inside Secrets To Venture Capital to be published by John Wiley & Sons and in book stores nationwide April 2001.
